Website Help!

I have updated from a google hosted blogspot site to self hosted WordPress site with a cool(:) custom domain. Of course , it is a work in progress and would require lot more suggestions and perspectives from others to make it bearable. So please take this poll for me to gauge your reactions of the website and please do suggest me some tips in the comments.
